Gabion Cage: Strong and Environmentally Friendly

Gabion material

  • Hot dipped galvanized steel wire: Low carbon steel wire, Wire diameter 2.0mm-4.0mm, wire tensile strength not less than 380Mpa, hot dip galvanized steel to protect the surface, the thickness of the galvanized layer of protection according to customer requirements, the amount of zinc according to ASTM and EN standards 245g/m2 or more, the largest amount of zinc up to 300g/m2.
  • Zinc - 5% aluminum - mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: also known as Galfan wire, it is a new material emerging in recent years, corrosion resistance is three times more than traditional pure zinc, the wire diameter 1.0mm-3.0mm, Aluminum content 4.5% to 6.2%, wire tensile strength not less than 380Mpa, withstand the process conditions in the strong deformation winding, bending test. Comply with GB/T 20492-2006 standard.
  • PVC coated hot-dip galvanized steel wire: Hot-dip galvanized steel wire coated with PVC or PE protective layer, and then woven into all kinds of wire mesh, wire tensile strength not less than 380MPa, this layer of PVC protective coating will greatly increase the protection in high pollution environment, and by the choice of different colors, it has the capability to integrate in with the environment.
  • Zinc-5% aluminum - mixed rare earth alloy coated steel:Zinc-5% aluminum - mixed rare earth alloy steel coated with a layer of PVC (PE) protective layer, and then woven into all kinds of gabion. This layer of PVC protective coating will greatly increase the protection in high pollution environment, and by the choice of different colors, it has the capability to integrate in with the environment.

10% zinc-aluminum alloy cage weaving method

Zinc-aluminum alloy cage is the twisted hexagonal wire mesh woven by advanced machinery and equipment, wire diameter up to 2.00mm-4.00mm. To improve the structural strength of the cage, in each cage has an average interval about 1M to do a spacer, and in the weaving process, each piece of 10% zinc-aluminum alloy cage, the selvedge wire diameter is lager than the mesh wire to increase the firmness of mesh.   • Construction of gabion cage
